Under the Anti-Money Laundering Act, the Federal Board of Revenue is responsible for ensuring that designated non-financial businesses and professions (DNFBPs) including real estate agents, dealers in precious metals and stones, and FBR-supervised accountants comply with anti-money laundering and counter financing of terrorism obligations.
It’s a must for real estate agents to get registered with FBR
Under the condition, it is mandatory for real estate agents to get themselves registered with the FBR and share the data of buyers and sellers and No real estate agent will be able to operate his business without getting license from FBR after 01-01-2022

اس شرط کے تحت رئیل اسٹیٹ ایجنٹس کے لئے لازمی ہے کہ وہ خود کو ایف بی آر میں رجسٹرڈ کرائیں اور خریداروں اور فروخت کنندگان کا ڈیٹا شیئر کریں اور کوئی بھی رئیل اسٹیٹ ایجنٹ 01-01-2022 کے بعد ایف بی آر سے لائسنس حاصل کیے بغیر اپنا کاروبار نہیں چلا سکے گا
